Gerry Gange
Gerry Gange (Board Chair) has been supporting individuals and families since 1996, working with organizations like St. Leonard’s House, the Scarborough Hospital, Our Place (Peel), Youthdale Treatment Centres, and York University, while also maintaining a private psychotherapy practice since 2004. He holds degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Psychology from Adler University. Gerry has a deep commitment to mental health and community well-being.
Michael Zabanah
Michael is a dedicated psychotherapist committed to helping individuals become the best version of themselves. He takes a holistic approach, integrating mind, body, and spirit in his work with clients. He holds an undergraduate degree from Toronto Metropolitan University and a graduate degree in psychology from Yorkville University.
Raymond Wong

Now semi-retired, he remains deeply engaged with his community, dedicating his time and skills to social causes that create meaningful impact.
Passionate about giving back, Raymond is motivated to contribute his knowledge and experience to initiatives that foster growth, inclusivity, and positive change. His commitment to lifelong learning and community service continues to shape his post-retirement journey, making him a valuable asset in both professional and philanthropic spaces.
Brett Hughes
Brett is a versatile communications professional with extensive experience in writing, editing, and marketing.
He has worked as a freelance writer and communications advisor for over seven years, providing editorial consulting and content development for various clients.
His past roles include marketing and business writing positions at Express Scripts Canada, the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, and Health Quality Ontario. Additionally, he has experience as a scriptwriter for Discovery TV.
Brett holds a journalism degree from Carleton University and has been a dedicated youth mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada for over a decade.

A dedicated student of Tibetan Buddhism and contemplative therapy, he specializes in helping individuals navigate trauma, addiction, and psychological blocks while designing holistic lifestyle systems for sustainable growth and transformation.
